  • How do I sign up for the rewards program?
    Already have a Tusk customer account? You’re already earning Points! Sign in here to see the Rewards you may have already earned. Don’t have an account yet? Register here and start earning today. Any issues? Our Customer Service team will be able to help you out.
  • How do I earn points?
    You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on our kratom products. Additionally, you can earn bonus points by following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and celebrating your birthday with us.
  • How do I redeem my points?
    You can redeem your points during checkout by selecting the "click here" option or by accessing the 'My Rewards' widget. Simply click "Redeem Now" to apply your points towards your order.
  • How do I track my points and rewards?
    You can track your points and rewards by visiting your My Account page -> Points & Rewards. Here, you'll find details on your total points earned, redeemed points, current membership level, available rewards, active coupons, and recent activity. 
    Alternatively, access your rewards directly from the bottom right 'My Rewards' widget. For your security, you must be signed in to view your points and history.
  • Can I combine points with other discounts or promotions?
    Points cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise specified. However, you can always choose which discount or promotion to apply during checkout.
  • Do my points expire?
    Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, if your account is closed or terminated, any unused points will be forfeited.
  • How do I reach Platinum or Diamond level?
    Platinum level is reached when you accumulate 500-999 points, while Diamond level is achieved with 1000 or more points. As you earn points through purchases and other activities, you'll automatically progress to the next level.
