You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on our kratom products. Additionally, you can earn bonus points by following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and celebrating your birthday with us.

You can redeem your points during checkout by selecting the "click here" option or by accessing the 'My Rewards' widget. Simply click "Redeem Now" to apply your points towards your order.

You can track your points and rewards by visiting your My Account page -> Points & Rewards. Here, you'll find details on your total points earned, redeemed points, current membership level, available rewards, active coupons, and recent activity. 
Alternatively, access your rewards directly from the bottom right 'My Rewards' widget. For your security, you must be signed in to view your points and history.

Points cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise specified. However, you can always choose which discount or promotion to apply during checkout.

Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, if your account is closed or terminated, any unused points will be forfeited.

Platinum level is reached when you accumulate 500-999 points, while Diamond level is achieved with 1000 or more points. As you earn points through purchases and other activities, you'll automatically progress to the next level.

It's easy! In your rewards account page, submit a photo of your receipt from any physical retailer where you purchased a Tusk product, and we'll manually add points to your account within 2 business days.

There is no limit! You can submit receipts for every Tusk purchase you make at physical retailers.

The receipt submission form is available on our website. Just navigate to the Points & Rewards section in your account and follow the instructions to upload your receipt.
